Meet Robert W. Dunham, MAI, SRA

Unique assignments ranging from the infamous Boston “Big Dig”, the federal Reserve building, South Station and Logan Airport in Boston to Cayo Costa and North Sanibel barrier islands in Charlotte Harbor Florida, Robert has over thirty-four years of market experience in real estate counseling and problem solving.

Everyone has some level of credentials, but what’s important is having been through many market cycles, and ‘there is no substitute for experience’. Robert has completed assignments throughout the U.S. as well as the Caribbean.

Mr. Dunham holds the MAI and SRA designations of the Appraisal Institute, various state appraisal licenses, as well as a real estate brokerage license in Florida; 1973 graduate of University of Central Florida School of Business, majoring in Finance and Economics.
